The London Heathrow App wasn’t just built—it was uncovered through deep discovery, research, and testing. I was the creative lead (UX/UI) of this effort with a focus on turning real data and user insights into a polished, intuitive experience. Every screen went through cycles of iteration, validation, and refinement—balancing user needs with high craft. I collaborated across teams, ran multiple audits, and used testing feedback to sharpen every detail, ensuring the final product didn’t just meet expectations, but set a new standard for travel experiences.
International Spy Museum: Dead Drops Campaign
The Challenge
After a five-month closure, the International Spy Museum needed more than a ribbon-cutting—it needed a full-blown reactivation. We had to reignite public interest, move tickets, and show off the museum’s new immersive HQ at L’Enfant Plaza.
The Insight
True immersion messes with your mind. Espionage isn’t just gadgets and disguises—it’s a psychological shift. If the new museum experience changes how you see the world, our campaign had to do the same before people even stepped inside.
The Solution
We launched Dead Drops—a blockchain-powered scavenger hunt that turned DC into a spy training ground. Alongside Metro takeovers and a digital campaign, users cracked codes, chased clues, and unlocked hidden intel—experiencing the thrill of espionage before ever setting foot in the museum.

The future’s tough to pin down—especially in tech. It either feels too abstract or instantly outdated. To make 10G resonate, we had to make it real: something people could feel, imagine, and get excited about now, even if the full rollout was still on the horizon.

We built the 10G brand from scratch—bold identity, immersive site, and a storytelling engine to match. Through strategic messaging, 3D visuals, and motion-rich content, we reintroduced 10G as more than just faster internet. The next leap in broadband—visionary, tangible, and built for what’s next.
