Cooking is a family affair. So it simply wasn’t enough to unite Zwilling’s brands into a beautiful, modern .com site. We sought to create a true brand family, bridging countries, cultures and languages.
The Challenge
Zwilling, a 400-year-old kitchenware brand with a fragmented digital presence, needed a modern, unified platform that could support multiple brands, regions, and product experiences—including ecommerce, CRM, and connected appliances.
The Insight
Cooking is more than a transaction—it’s a shared, emotional experience rooted in culture, family, and storytelling. A successful transformation would need to shift the brand’s digital focus from commerce to connection.
The Solution
We designed and implemented a content-first, multi-brand digital ecosystem powered by Salesforce Multi-Cloud, anchored in storytelling and supported by a modular design system that scaled globally across platforms and regions.
The transformation drove a 51% increase in sales and brought in over 50,000 new users within three months of launch. Online orders rose by 6.9%, mobile users grew by 34.9%, and the work was recognized with the Best Consumer Goods Website award in 2019. The project not only modernized Zwilling’s digital footprint but redefined how legacy brands can lead with meaning in a global digital space.
